Where is the jewellery made?

Will the jewellery fit me?

Every piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted by Rebecca in Queensland, Australia, using quality materials and made with dedication and experience.

All our bracelets and necklaces are one-size-fits-all. Bracelets are handcrafted with a 3cm extender chain. Beaded necklaces also have an extender chain of 3cm. This ensures all our jewellery will fit, and you can adjust your necklace length to suit your attire.

Can I request custom designs?

What metals and stones are used?

Bespoke commissions are welcomed for milestone celebrations. Reach out through our contact page with your initial ideas, stone preferences, and target timeline. Please note: custom orders must be paid prior to work commencement and are non-refundable jewellery items.

We craft with quality plated precious metals - 925 sterling silver, yellow gold, and platinum - usually over natural brass. This is hypoallergenic to wear and waterproof. Natural freshwater pearls, gemstones and semi-precious stones chosen for beauty and colour. Shell and coral. Cubic zirconia inlayed in gold or silver.

What are your shipping rates?

• We offer FREE standard shipping across Australia on orders over $60.

• Orders below $60 are a flat rate $15 postal fee.

• Express domestic postal delivery +$15.

• International standard shipping - flat rate $20 postal fee.

What is your return policy?

Unworn items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for return mailing costs. Custom bespoke pieces remain final sale and cannot be returned. Unfortunately earrings are non-returnable, for health and hygiene reasons.

Is your gift wrapping free?

Yes. All orders are gift wrapped free of charge.

Is your packaging eco friendly?

Yes. Our packaging is recyclable and biodegradable. We use cardboard jewellery boxes, gift wrapping tissue paper and paper mail boxes or mail bags. We use shredded paper for padding. The exception is our velvet jewellery bags and ribbon, which are material in composition and can be reused.

Jewellery Care

Is your jewellery waterproof ?

Our jewellery is waterproof. However, not all water is kind and gentle on your jewellery. Salt water and chlorine pools can cause surface damage to your jewellery overtime. We recommend removing your jewellery before swimming and strenuous gym workouts.

How should I clean & store my jewellery?

Gently wipe pieces after wear with a soft clean cloth. Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals. Store in a clean and dry environment, such as a jewellery box. Beaded items have a strong, flexible and durable wire core - however, we recommend you take care to not crush your beaded jewellery with harsh treatment. Treat your jewellery with care and your jewellery will keep looking great for years to come.
